“NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?”

 

On behalf of Sorra, allow us to say THANK YOU for purchasing what we guarantee will be your comfiest cushion, pouf, pillow, etc. If for any reason it is too comfortable (and you can't escape napping or lounging) we're here to help. We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of order receipt.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns under the following terms.

 

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging and sellable condition — including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your item.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, provided the item meets our sellable condition requirements. If the item is returned in a condition that prevents resale — including damage, missing parts, or signs of use — we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
