Basic Cleaning & Care Instructions
- Remove the cushion, pillow, or pouf cover if possible and brush off or vacuum any loose dirt.
- Mix a cleaning solution of mild soap and water or use vinegar for a natural alternative. If the cover is made of a Sunbrella material, a Sunbrella cleaning product can be applied for best results.
- Apply the solution to the cushions with a sponge, a soft-bristle brush, or a spray bottle.
- Let the solution soak into the fabric and gently scrub any stained areas.
- Rinse thoroughly with a garden hose or a washer on a low-pressure setting.
- Air dry the cushions and the covers, and iron if needed.
- You may need to repeat this process in order to achieve desired cleanliness.
Additionally for mold & mildew you can add a small amount of bleach to your cleaning solution, and for best results apply using a spray bottle.
Grease & Oil stains may require a soaking before proper cleaning. Soaking the fabric in a degreaser or a mixture of water and dish washing detergent is recommended.
All fabrics we use are washer/dry clean friendly.

Sunbrella- Easy Cleanup
One of the best ways to keep Sunbrella fabrics looking good is to brush off dirt and debris before it becomes embedded in the fabrics and to address messes and clean spills soon after they occur. The quicker you clean spills, the easier they can be to remove.
TRY THIS FIRST... WITH A NEW SPILL ON YOUR SUNBRELLA FABRIC:
-
Blot (don't rub) liquid spills with a clean, dry cloth.
-
For oil-based spills, apply an absorbent such as corn statch, then remove with a straight edge.
-
Spray on a mild cleaning solution of soap and water or use Sunbrella Clean Multi-Purpose Fabric Cleaner.
-
Rinse the fabric thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
-
Air dry.
-
For small blemishes simply use tap water and a towel.
