Q. Chaise Lounge Cushion – location & size of ties
A. Our chaise lounge cushions have ties in the following 3 areas:

1. The back cushion has ties located 3 inches down from each top corner. Ties are on the backside.
2. The seat cushion (on the hinged side) has ties located 2 inches from the corners. Ties are on the backside.
3. The seat cushion (towards the foot) has ties located 3 inches from the corners. Ties are on the bottom side.

There are 2 ties in each area described above. Each tie is 11 inches long.

Q. Where is the zipper closure located?
A. The zipper is shown on the back of the cushion. The width of the zipper is 2 inches less than the width on each side of the cushion.
 
Q. Why is my pillow smaller than the listed measurements?
A. After the pillow gets blown with fiber, it will bulge and measure slightly less due to the curvature.
 
Q. What color is the tuft thread on the papasans?
A. Navy & Black papasans have black thread. All other colors have white thread.
 
Q. Can you tell me what type of thread is used on these cushions?
A. The cushion and pillow seam and closing thread is Nylon. The embroidered pillows thread is polyester.
